Everything ships flat-packed, direct from our production floor. Here's what to expect after you order.

Free shipping

Orders of ₹999 or more ship free, anywhere we deliver. Orders below ₹999 carry a standard shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterward.

Dispatch & delivery timelines

Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days pan-India once dispatched. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays; remote pin codes can occasionally take a little longer.

Order tracking

Once your order dispatches, we share tracking details by email once your order is on its way. You can also check order status any time from the link in your order confirmation.

Serviceability

We deliver pan-India through our courier partners. If your pin code isn't serviceable for a particular item, this is flagged at checkout, or our team will reach out directly to sort out an alternative.

Failed delivery attempts

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will attempt redelivery as per their standard process and will try to reach you directly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery or a refund.
