What is Ecoline furniture made from?

Engineered wood panels, 17 mm thick — noticeably thicker than the 12–15 mm panels common in the category. Thicker panels mean less bowing over time, especially on shelves that carry books or décor.

How much weight can a shelf hold?

Each shelf is rated for 9 kg, evenly distributed across the surface. Concentrating heavy items in one corner will reduce this.

How do I clean and care for it?

Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the surface, standing water, or harsh chemical cleaners — the matte finish wipes clean without either.

Assembly

How long does assembly take, and what tools do I need?

About 20 minutes with a screwdriver or power drill you already own. No tools ship in the box — a regular Phillips screwdriver is all you need.

What's in the box?

The panels for your piece, all required hardware (screws, dowels, connectors) sized for the build, and a step-by-step assembly guide for every model (also downloadable on each product page). No tools.

Are the dowels pre-fitted?

Yes — 100% of dowels are pre-set at the factory before packing. Assembly is mostly alignment and screwing panels together, not measuring or drilling.

Delivery

How is my order delivered?

How long will delivery take?

Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours and typically arrive in 5–7 business days, pan-India.

Replacements & damage

What if my order arrives damaged or a part is missing?

We replace it free of charge — no questions about who's at fault, just photos of the issue. Raise a claim within 7 days of delivery; see our Return Policy for the exact steps.

Can I return an item if I've changed my mind?

No. Our policy covers damaged, defective or incomplete deliveries only, replaced free within 7 days — we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
